LexHarvi offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on LexHarvi One subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Payments for LexHarvi One are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your order using the receipt email Paddle sent you, or contact our support team via our contact page and we will help you.
Renewals and cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Paddle receipt or your LexHarvi One workspace. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing period continues until it ends. Refund and cancellation mechanics are also governed by the Paddle Refund Policy.
